June 5, 2021 - Brown/orange robe showing age. Nose is very floral and fruity, more so than the taste where the fruit is a bit dissipated but everything is in very nice balance. I found this very smooth and enjoyable on its own as well as paired with grilled lamb.

June 13, 2020 - My last bottle of this and probably the best. I'm not sure if that is bottle variation, luck or both. While fully mature with some sous bois and spice notes, the fruit maintained a crunchy character that previous bottles seemed to have lacked. A whiff of floral talk adds a nice note. Glad I chose to open it.

February 1, 2020 - Fully mature and very nice. Has a kind of orange zest and leather top note to the dark red fruit. Tannins ameliorated and some varnished grandmothers sewing room notes. I'll drink my last bottle soon but I'm sure that bottles of this will make interesting old nebbiolo if that's your thing.

January 3, 2020 - Took a bit of air to coax the prettiness of this wine out, but after a couple hours this was a pretty and enjoyable as my previous bottle.
