January 8, 2015 - Peachy, waxy, extra-ripe richness. Low acidity. Salty finish, light in the mouth and perfumed at nose (citrus and exotic flower). Serve not too cold and think food paring well. Went extremely nice with calamari/onion salad. Would also work with tricky seafoods such as sea urchin on cream. Not an easy wine, but good.
