  March 4, 2019 - Big flavors, ripe, jammy, extracted, grape jelly. Actually had peanut butter crackers with it due to the level of extraction. Minimal layers of mineral or secondary flavors other than fruit.

  Color: medium wine red
  Nose: some rubbery oak upon served, then nice meatty fruit.
  Taste: balance red and black fruit, with some beacon and lead.
  Tannin: firm but smooth
  Finish: medium to long
  One of my favor of the night
