June 22, 2022 - If have this in your cellar, count yourself lucky. It’s drinking beautifully. Balanced, still full of fruit with complexities derived from 11 years of aging. We have another bottle that we’re going to leave for another two years. Enjoy this on its own, with salumi and formaggi, or with any typical Tuscan cuisine.
