  Jadot when they brought this wanted to make it better - reprinting the vineyard, not destemmed, no carbonic, 30 - 45 day maceration.
  
  Aromatic and open and evergreen. So they honor the tradition.

  September 21, 2016 - A(ccuracy)=2: Medium deep ruby; dusty, robust Gamay.
  B(alance) =2: Fruit yielding to acid and soft tannin, losing a bit of vibrancy.
  C(omplexity)=2: Subdued and restrained.
  D(epth) = 1 : Pleasant length and finish.

  February 24, 2016 - Very burgundian in nature, with funky earth, barnyard, and sheep notes on the nose. Light red fruit on the palate with additional wet earth, mushroom and truffle components. A great QPR at under $20.
