  May 23, 2023 - Nose of damson plum, violets, iodine, and a touch of mint. Blueberry and blackberry fruit with a zesty sour purple aspect, adding quartz and granite. Rocky granite continues to express itself on the finish, adding black currant, black plum, and tart purple fruit layered over fine tannins. Improves with air so give it a nice decant.

  April 21, 2023 - Day 3: Less fruity. Dark chocolate raspberries, maybe some cherry, some earthiness to it. The fruit was still a little jammy, but significantly better than Day 1. May not be my thing moving forward.
  
  Day 1: Very nice wine, but still very primary. Drank first glass over about 30 minutes. Dark fruits, some raspberry, and a touch of jam, but not in a bad way. Will revisit in 2 days to see how it is and adjust the score then. While the wine is drinking well, I think the next bottle needs 3-5 years.
