December 11, 2015 - A marvelous wine. Very pale when double-decanted, gaining a little color with air. 7 hours later, a smell of Christmas spices, a cola and sour plum taste. (A thought-provoking play on sourness over the course of drinking the whole bottle.) Herbal and cinnamon smells eventually, the taste briefly like sucking on a cinnamon stick. Wispy texture.
