May 20, 2015 - MASTER ESAGONALE FRANCIA; 1/14/2015-7/30/2015 (HOTEL WESTIN PALACE MILANO): Degustato alla cieca. (50% diraspato - 15% pinot beurot). Granato sottile, quasi diafano. Naso da dolcezza candita, molto caldo e succoso. Ha un' espressività linfatica che ricorda un Morgon maturo. Incipriato e talcato.
Davvero accattivante.
In bocca è squillante e reattivo, l' acidità è imponente, ma distribuita senza spigoli in modo uniforme all' interno del sorso. La bocca è ossuta, da vero vino settentrionale non diraspato, ma di grande persistenza. Ha una trama amara da erbe aromatiche che ricorda il rabarbaro, la genziana e lo stile aereo di Prieuré-Roch.
Finale salato e tannino ancora asciutto.
Finissima bevuta primaverile, senza peso, una nuvola che galleggia.
Da bere a secchi, ghiacciato!
