  January 22, 2016 - Plenty of spicy, sandalwood oak o the nose. You also get some of the floral spice of the vineyard. There are some animal fur things going on along with ripe cherry fruit. There's iron and earth just below the flesh. It is perhaps just a little too funky and in that 'arms and legs' stage that Corton goes through. Not a great time to be drinking this one.

  Come tutti i vini di Oronce necessita di tanta aria per stemperare le forti note di riduzione, c' è tanta campagna e terra viva nei suoi vini biodinamici.
  Vino strano e difficile da capire. Mineralità amara fortissima, una buccia d' arancia conficcata nella pietra.
  In bocca è ancora indietro, tanta mineralità quasi effervescente, cupa; china e rabarbaro, arancia sanguinella.
  Bell' allungo asciugante, e un pò affumicato.
  Vino sperimentale, solo per grandi esploratori!
