July 11, 2019 - Excellent. Very similar comments to previously.
    Colour: bright, deep blackberry
Bouquet: aromatic, smokey, spicy blueberries, blackberries, liquorice, roasted coffee, black pepper
Palate: like bouquet, lots of black fruits, forest floor, plus raspberry and dark chocolate, gamey, opens out to be a big wine with gorgeous fine grained soft tannins, fruit is fresh but coffee, liquorice and pepper characters really come to the fore. Great balance from acid though, and long very cleaning dry finish.

    July 13, 2017 - Same comments as September 2016.

    Very good-excellent, 14% alc.
Colour: bright dark red berries and plum
Bouquet: aromatic fruity licorice, roasted coffee, smokey, burnt toffee
Palate: as bouquet, raspberry, blueberry, coffee, charred meat, herbs, very savoury, full soft tannins, very dry, clean long finish.

    December 25, 2015 - Color: Garnet Red
Nose: smokey, charred meat,  slightly a floral undertone.
Palate: Dark chocolate,  but has a metallic finish.
    Tannins: low tannins 4.5
    Body: thin
Opinion: love the nose.  Palate is very disappointing. Seems like a cheap Pinotage.
