March 3, 2007 - This wine is ruby in color. Aromas of cherry licorice and dirt on the nose. Brambly flavors with plum.

November 5, 2006 - Poured at a retailer tasting. Ruby color, with spice and cherry notes..sweet tannins and red fruit with a floral tone on the finish.

August 27, 2006 - The Blind Drunks monthly tasting (Niche Restaurant, Geneva, Illinois): Tasted double blind. High octane. Hot, with alcohol, blueberry and blackberry notes. Tannic, with dark fruit and nice acidity. Guess: Aussie, shiraz. This tasting leads me to believe the last bottle I tasted from was flawed.

August 12, 2006 - This classic Bordeaux blend is made up of: 51% Cabernet Sauvignon, 34% Merlot, 15% Cabernet Franc
This medium bodied wine has rich berry flavors, loganberry, and an aroma of Rose petals with undertones of cedar, leather and smoke. A nice lasting finish with toasted vanilla and dried cherries.
