Community Tasting Notes 2

September 17, 2016 - Took 3 days to get to its best taste, mostly shedding a faint hint of oxidation. Light yellow color with no brown tint. No hint of butterscotch in the nose, just a refreshing lime citrus. Soothing texture that leaves a buttery coat over the mouth. Finishes crisp and cleansing.

January 30, 2011 - There was something off in this wine, but I couldn't really pinpoint it. Maybe it was over the hill?
