  February 11, 2017 - Arguably the best Michigan red I've had. Nice structure, balanced acidity, mellow tannins. Wonderful purity of fruit with blackberries and blueberries, some baking spice. I want more.

  June 14, 2015 - 2Lads has emerged as a leader in cool climate red from Old Mission Penninsula and the Cabernet Franc offering is their flagship. Very mature and ruddy for relatively young vines, the red fruits balanced with currant and mild tannins give this bottle some shelf life of 5-10 years despite the screw cap. Excellent value for the price point.

  April 24, 2015 - Two Lads Cabernet Franc has been a great favorite for many years. The 2012 does not disappoint with a rich red color, a big nose of stone fruit and anise . Moderate tannins do not detract from a smooth body and prolonged after. A quite remarkable bottle from the Mission Peninsula.

  November 16, 2014 - I love this wine. Great balanced flavor. Opened for birthday dinner of filet, Brussels sprouts, smashed potatoes
