January 27, 2024 - This is a bomb! Peach mango honey pepper and lots more. Gold colour showing age but this is still so full of life. A white with the weight of a red and representative of the region. My first Sorrel Les Rocoules and it was a nice surprise

August 22, 2017 - Dazzling golden color. Peach, mango, lily, patchouli, sandalwood, honey, vanilla and white pepper flavors. Although the scents of wine is explosive and very sweet, the taste is in fact dry. The palate is rich and concentrated. Firm structure, long finish and extreme minerality are there too. I think it is close to Rouge rather than blanc. The wine has uniqueness obviously, but lacks freshness and acidity at the same time. Very Powerful, oaky and lactic blanc. Alc. 14.5%

March 23, 2016 - Strong alcohol taste, restrained fruit and acid. Don't see what others see in this.

    July 7, 2015 - White Rhone: 85M/15R, 16-18m in 5 y.o. 600l oak.
More buttery than "simple" Hermitage, more intense, more precise. Rich and dense. Lychee, some strange exotic fruits, one can feel that it is on a different level, classy. With time it developed a pleasant light flowery note. Excellent indeed.
