February 18, 2020 - Nov 14: great. Had with salmon, salad. Light, crisp acidity, slightly effervescent. Def drink a bit cool. Could go with anything summery.

June 29, 2014 - Very very light pinot. Only 11.5% abv. Better with food and a slight chill. High acidity, mineral, cranberry and wild strawberry.

June 21, 2014 - Light and tasty. Subtle and good with wild salmon. I am not sure if it is going to pick up complexity or not with age.. . I really like it but at this price.. I am not sure that Its worth it. There are other PNs of this super light style that are less expensive.. but I love supporting this winery. I do like it though!! its in the style of an Alsatian PN and I must say I had the Binner recently and it was cheaper and more interesting.(but the Binner was a shocking 15% alcohol)
