  April 3, 2015 - Very easy drinking, would appreciate some more tannin and structure. Great drinking now but not for the long haul. Most of its structure comes from its acidity.

  August 26, 2014 - Moncur Cellars Pinot Noir (Bistro Moncur, Sydney): Slight metallic notes, red berry - strawberries specifically - and sweet spice and an almost candied note - perhaps some carbonic maceration? In the mouth the wine had candied red fruit that is quite confected and gives way to medium minus intensity chalky textured tannin. Simple. A bit meh for me.

  April 19, 2014 - Purple color, clean, transparent. Nose of violets, cherry and a hint of tar. Palate is more sour cherry, vild rasperry and some darker fruits. Some spice and tar, moderate acidity and tannins. Not very complicated, but an easy drinking wine that went well with chicken from the grill.
