February 26, 2023 - Cherry on the nose.

Full bodied. Plate has dried cherry, anise and allspice. Silky tannins. Long finish.

    Excellent layered wine

May 12, 2018 - BBQ and Wine at Jordan's (Chez Whitehead): Ripe and plush. Culty nose.
Lots of fruit, flowers and earth. Nice freshness as a whole.

April 6, 2018 - Decanted 1 hr. Not much nose initially. Developed a beautiful nose in the last half of the first glass, but fell off after that. Consistent smooth dark berry tastes. Tastes were not as lively as we expected them to be. Obviously a well made wine. Would try again.

April 12, 2016 - What a wine. There are strong cherries on the nose with hints of oak. The wine is smooth, fruit forward with a long finish. For those who like the fruitier rather than the big bold cabs, this one is for you. It is ready to drink now and doesn't need much decanting.
