October 26, 2023 - Nez : cuir, tabac, épices/bois, sel de céleri et plant de tomates, notes animales et de grange, ainsi qu'un soupçon de chocolat au lait. Mi-corsé, texturé avec des tannins fins mais encore présents...umami, riche. Saveurs de fruits mûrs...discrètes, et d'épices. Finale de longueur moyenne...sèche et quelque peu amère. On perçoit l'alcool et l'absence de fruit...petit déséquilibre...meilleur avec le repas...sur son déclin ? 90-

March 4, 2023 - Very like a great aged barolo. Quite leathery, but still enough fruit to be enjoyable. Garnet colour and lovely nose.

January 1, 2021 - Light ruby to tawny colour. On the nose this wine evolves with time. First blackcurrant jam , flowers and forest floor come out. Sime time later eucalyptus and leather. Then mushrooms. On the palate meduim + body with very well integrated acidity balances the red dried fruits and medium + tannins (good quality). Some chocolate notes and cherries at the aftertaste which is medium lasting. Try it with some stilton cheese or turkey stuffing and the taste festive is multiplied! A fantastic wine showing how good can a xinomavro be!!

December 12, 2020 - Beautiful nose! Excellent potential. Needs more time to smooth out.
Nez très expressif d'arôme animales...cuir, cèdre, d'épices...sel de céleri, notes végétales, cerises confits. Encore très sec avec des tannins poussiéreux. Un vin fruité, charnu et une acidité fraiche. Tendu et charpenté. Ma prochaine bouteille : entre 2023 et 2027. Délicieux après aération et avec bouffe ! -

October 16, 2019 - Brick red colour. Well developed nose. Roasted almonds, red berries and leather. Robust tannins but with well-balanced fruit and red cherries on the palate. Might mellow and become more refined with further age but definitely good to drink at the moment.
