April 4, 2021 - Consistent with previous note.

December 5, 2020 - In a wonderful spot of maturity, glistening gold colour, some oxidative cheese rind notes, grilled lemon, red apple, orange zest and with more air, more of the chalky minerality and more round in texture. Retains a very good freshness.

July 25, 2020 - Nose of lemon and almond, palate is dominated by apple. Very linear in the beginning, should definetely be decanted. After a while, it opened up and revealed a smooth and elegant charater with hints of Provence herbs and ripe yellow fruit.

July 13, 2020 - Not giving away that much after 20 minutes in the decanter. Baked lemon, butter, honey, yellow flowers, a hint of some oxidative/reductive notes but overall very pure. More action after an hour or so with added notes of almonds, herbs, seashells and smoke. Creamy and full, smooth. Good acidity, balanced and with some early maturity. Long aftertaste, elegant and refined, sophisticated if you will. Can see this build up even more structure wise in 5-10, I will probably just wait 2-3 until my last bottle.

April 19, 2020 - Mid-gold; time has not added anything. Plenty on a highly structured finish. Will age but difficult to see this being an advantage.
