March 15, 2014 - La Paulée de San Francisco - Grand Tasting (The Fairmont - San Francisco CA): Tasting, brief note. I didn't know until today that the Laguiche always simply called "Chassagne-Montrachet" has always been from Morgeots. No wonder it was always one of the finest "Villages" level wines from Chassagne. Good orchard fruit with peach hints framed with some soft, subtle spice. Good young.
