December 22, 2019 - Medium bodied Cabernet, quite plush but has elegance, balance and poise. Chalky tannins, concentrated plummy black fruit, tea, cedar and graphite. A smooth profile, texturally quite interesting, plenty of flavour and length. Not really known for their Cabernet but Rick has made a good one here.
