May 17, 2010 - Past drinking window but still crisp and very appealing. Plum, cherry, and vanilla--simple, not complex, quick easy finish. Great value for the product. Drink as everyday wine or with dark red meat/game.

January 17, 2008 - Great $10 bottle - light, cherry, berry, little earthy - one of my favorite everyday bottles

August 26, 2007 - Deep black with bright ruby edges. Berry, cedar and vanilla make a full oaked nose. The palate is strongly oaked, with vanilla and toasted flavors initially overpowering others. The finish is far better than the palate itself, developing slowly to include cocoa, vanilla, bacon fat, coffee and berries. Dry and tart from tannins.
