February 7, 2016 - Vino che ha sviluppato tanto fondo. Colore rosso cupo, fa pensare a un vino bello concentrato. Ci mette 20 minuti a pulirsi nel bicchiere (cavolfiore), poi è buono, frutta matura e spezie. Tannino non fastidioso e bocca composta, va giù volentieri e non stanca.
Si può aspettare, ma anche ora non è male.
