  October 31, 2022 - The nose is cherry, plum and leather. not much floral characteristics. Good acid and soft tannins make it a food friendly wine. Medium mouth feel with not a lot of alcohol "burn". Will last another 3-5 years. Decanted for an hour and the tannins softened nicely. Didn't see much difference between 1 hour decant and 3 hours. A basic Barolo but a nice QPR @$28.

  September 16, 2022 - Took to a dinner party so minimal notes. Age is apparent in both color and smoothness. Nice acidity for food.

  May 22, 2021 - 100% Nebbiolo. Translucent garnet color with brown shades. Aromas of ripe berry fruits, vanilla, balsamic note. Full bodied, complex, aromatic, elegant and harmonious mouthful, typical La Morra style, fine tannins. Drink now and in the next few years.
