May 20, 2014 - A nice Cab Franc Rose. I like it quite a bit. Refreshing lacking a bit of concentration.. but hey its a value play.. I wish they would try making this wine with a little bit less manipulation and it might have a bit more charachter. Try some wild yeasts and un controlled fermentation. also why add back red wine. A bit more skin contact might have added a bit more backbone..
All in all though a good value and nice with dinner
