February 24, 2024 - So this bottle is very good compared to the one I had in December, thankfully!
This wine has an inviting nose of blue violets, and the color is a beautiful red. It has nice dark red fruits, including cherries and raspberries, plus nice minerality. It is rich, savory and medium bodied, with silky tannins and a medium finish. -

December 9, 2023 - I opened this bottle about 30 minute ago, so it could use more aeration. But at the moment, the wine is a little too acidic for my taste. I am big fan of this producer, so I don’t know what to think about this bottle yet.

I placed the mostly empty bottle back in the cellar last evening and I am trying the last glass now. The acidic nature of the wine did subside somewhat, but now the fruit has faded. I am hopeful that this was just an off bottle as I have several more to try.
