Community Tasting Notes 2

February 15, 2015 - Nose was not too bad. Aromas of soft vanilla and woody aromas with hints of blueberries and cassis. Palate was disappointing. It was lacking any fruit and seems faded. The tannins were still very pronounced but no fresh fruit was in present. Some hints of oak and vanilla. Finish was very short and tart. Seems like it might be a defective bottle. Will rate again after retaste.

April 14, 2014 - Very decent and as you'd expect. Not a lot of layers or depth, but a good drink for the dollar.
