October 17, 2018 - Clear medium lemon in the glass, nose is neutral, palate is bone dry, fruits are tart with citrus, lemon, star fruit, gooseberry, balanced with a bit of creamy richness, finish is long and lingers. Nice

August 29, 2014 - Somehow the wine was muted. 2011 was considered to be a year for classical burgundy white. Even thought this is an Aligoté, it was plain, minimum acidity and nearly no minerality on the palate. And there's almost no fruit nor flower aroma as well. Very disappointed wine, especially considered this is one from one of the best producer in Burgundy.

March 21, 2014 - Jelle Comes to Visit for the Weekend; 3/21/2014-3/23/2014 (Leiden and Rotterdam): A bit of the shock after the Filles. Bone dry, chalky minerality, high acidity and some lemon. Cried out for some oysters, but unfortunatley we had none. Quite Chablis like and become easier to drink after a day in the fridge. Still no shell fish though..
