  January 12, 2024 - Almost 3 years since my last bottle consumption and WOW!, it is still exceptional. Decanted at the restaurant and it improved noticeably after 30 minutes or so. Next bottle I will decant earlier to see how it does with an hour or so in the decanter.

  April 22, 2021 - Decanted at restaurant, VERY expressive nose of dark fruit to match the DARK color in the glass. Silky smooth mouth feel with a long finish.

  December 10, 2020 - Last of the six bottles purchased and definitely the best. It has lost the strong spice and big fruit that I experienced from previous bottle that I drank too early. Gave it a two hour decant and it is in a really good spot right now. Very dark in the glass with a real nice balance of fruit and acidity. Paired well with Chicken Tandoori. Favorite part of the wine is the long finish of prune and kirsh.

  November 3, 2020 - Drank over 2 nights. Night one it went very well with a London Broil. Night two it was even better with some Pork Marsala but the last glass i had with a brownie was the best, it brought out more of a kirsch flavor and was a perfect match.
