July 15, 2016 - Light gold colour, soft and creamy palate feel but still backed by good acidity. Don't serve too cold as the flavours are delicate and delicious.

June 5, 2016 - Light gold colour, linear wine with great acid, lemon and pear profile, reminds me more of Chablis GC than other areas. Great cut of lemon on the palate and high quality fruit evident. Possibly served a little too cold, so next time will let it warm up and open more
