Tasted non blind.
Garnet color in the glass, slightly cloudy looking. Nose of saddle leather, berries and asphalt. Flavors of berries, raspberries and plums. Tart acidity, light to medium tannin, medium body. Drink now. -

December 23, 2016 - Plenty of interesting flavors with some of that Chianti rustic character. Shrill and tart with no "richness" present but not at all thin ("angular"?). Overall, this was pretty hard to enjoy on its own or with Del Taco, though on the third day, the acidity tamed down a bit and made it more pleasant.

May 29, 2015 - Ce chianti classico met en évidence une robe brillante de de couleur rubis intense. Des arômes complexes de réglisse, de cuir et de cerises noires, de framboises et de violettes s’ajoutent à son nez aguichant. En bouche le vin possède une acidité rafraîchissante, tout s’illustrant par sa rondeur et ses tannins bien dosés. Des saveurs de cerise confite et d'épices émergent au palais en élégance. Un délice d’Italie à partager autour d’un bon repas.
