October 16, 2018 - Turning to a garnet on the rim. Ripe raspberry and cherry. Black pepper, herbs, and earth. Definite signs of age, leather, tobacco, cedar. On the palate, incredibly smooth upfront. Rich red & black fruit intermixed with cocoa and tobacco. Zingy finish. Medium plus acid, medium plus alcohol, medium plus body.

December 16, 2016 - good wine if you like your pinot big. Nose had raspberry and plum out of the gates. The red fruit backed off after an hour or so, leaving the plum and now brown sugar notes. Red fruits on the palate, with a decent amount of acid. better wines for the price for my tastes
