August 29, 2022 - Big black fruit forward with integrated tannins and oak. I was surprised how much fruit held on after 11 years. It was enjoyable on its own immediately after popping the cork even before decantation. It also paired well with BBQ’d baby back pork ribs. Note that it had been properly cellared at 57 F since the day I purchased it from Total Wine in 2014.

February 10, 2019 - Wow!....tasty, A full blown Petite in its total maturity. In 2017 it was just OK but now in 2019 you get the full spectrum of deep blackberry fruits backed by smooth tannins, Addictive indeed. Got a 93 points rating from some big shot with a crystal ball.
