March 1, 2021 - I am amazed at how different this is from my first tasting last year. Beautiful nose of apricot pineapple and vanilla. The palate is very smooth and very well balanced with more powerful notes of apricot. A wonderful wine that activates all of your senses.

December 9, 2020 - I love the earthiness on the nose. Wonderful creaminess coats your tongue with an undertone of brie followed by a wave of spiciness in the mid palate. This fades into a lingering grapefruit at the end of this very long finish.
