October 22, 2016 - plum and tart red cherry, mineral and tobacco. Short finish ending in unbalanced tannin. Acid and Tannin needs a long time to integrate but I don't think the flavors and aromas will develop into anything positive with time. Serve a bit warmer to help the fruit come out and give it a time to decant.

March 30, 2014 - First day of en primeur Bordeaux 2013 (Château Bellefont-Belcier): Another "why bother" wine in 2013, at least based on the barrel sample. Alcoholic and trying too hard. And a bit hard on the finish, too.
