September 12, 2014 - Clos de Gat sale & tasting (Clos de Gat winery): golden straw color
dried apricot and buttery aroma with tropical fruits notes
med-full bodied, smooth, tropical fruits flavors, oak-vanilla, very good acidity, fairly good harmony, oily & silky, long tropical aftertaste.

May 15, 2014 - Creamy texture with pear, baked apple taste. Excellent with seafood.

(Clos de Gat Chardonnay) Light yellow color; appealing, ripe pear, baked apple nose; rich, baked apple, baked pear, light cinnamon palate with good acidity; medium-plus finish (14% alcohol; 12 months in oak, 2/3's new)
