Community Tasting Notes 2

June 18, 2016 - Del Dotto Barrels & Beasts 2016 (Del Dotto Winery): Red, blue, and black fruit, dark black and red raspberry, earth/loam, and some wood. A little mellow overall, with a round, plush mouthfeel. But again, what made this wine was the food paired with it.

Served with Sonoma County Duck; kale crema, estate beets n' strawberries, balsamic jus.

February 20, 2016 - it lost a lot of flavor and was flat.
