  February 15, 2018 - PnP, no decant. First glass was fine as a sipper - but the second glass, with some food and some more air, really came alive, with some really nice dusty cherry notes and a soft finish.

  June 14, 2014 - Opened one hour in advance. Restrained aromas of honey and flowers. Subtle flavors of red fruit and minerals. Spicy finish. Delicate, balanced, firm backbone, some complexity. Interesting flavors that really come alive with food. Excellent basic Burgundy, outstanding value in the mid 20's.

  May 6, 2014 - Very surprising muted nose. Some geranium flower notes with some red berry - ver muted. On taste the tannins overwhelm the fruit. A bit short on the finish. Not really a pleasure at this time. Kind of surprising for an 09 Burgundy. At this price point it is better to invest in other examples.
