Community Tasting Notes 3

October 3, 2014 - Aromas and flavors of white peach, white florals, lime and green apple. Medium acidity and light minerality.

August 25, 2014 - It actually has 1.4 grams per liter I am being told. Smells like pasta water that has had a Movia sparkling wine disgorged in it. Dough. Short taste, deserves more attention.

July 11, 2014 - the name 239 comes from the riesling clone used...239 is one of the most common. Quite dry, some minerality, not well balanced, ripe acids, green apple/ grapefruit notes on nose. alcohol too high or too evident for the rest of the structure...could use aging. more apple on palate. 1.6RS, still too dry for the balance. Stemmy?
