  November 21, 2016 - Coming around to maturity. Has the salinity and white stoniness / shells that make it great with seafood. Some fleshiness to fill the palate, but not too much. Just a little more serious than your average Albariño.

  September 16, 2016 - Served with israeli coucous/butternut squash/pesto. Thought this was well balanced fruit/mineral/acid with mid weight on palate. Found nose to be muted and fruit to be not as present as other albarinos. Good with dinner, but maybe I am just missing something on this night. Certainly not even close to as expressive as cepas, which absolutely knocked me out.

  July 1, 2016 - As of last night, has reached just the right spot. Full-fruited with no sacrifice of acidity or minerality, plus a bit of length. Excellent with mixed shellfish ceviche and whole fried fluke, but did not require their support. Should drink well for 1-3 years on. Then we start opening the cepas vellas.
