Community Tasting Notes 3

August 9, 2017 - Peppery spice with red berries on nose

Peppery texture, soft moderate acidity. The edgy mourvedre effect comes throughlate

December 6, 2016 - This opened nicely after 30 minutes of decanting at room temperature. Full bodied, rich dark purple color, with dried herbs, fruit, and peppery spice hinting of a Tempranillo. Finished beautifully. Much better than the price would suggest.

April 2, 2016 - Friends and I tasted this at the Woodinville tasting room on 4/2/16. It had a reserved, bouquet of dried herb, spice, loam and black cherry aromas. The palate was tart and dry with flavors of black cherry, herb and spice.
