April 1, 2022 - Medium gold with M+ aromas and flavours of honeysuckle, yellow & red apple, ripe peach & nectarine, quince and lemon curd, also hints of orange, biscuit & lightly cooked toast.
Just dry, whilst Brut it’s at the higher end, maybe 10g/l, not unlike a still Montlouis.
Acidity is M+, medium (12.5%) alcohol, M+ body, intensity & finish.
An interesting wine probably best suited to food. Nice enough but not really suited to my taste as I tend to prefer my bubbles less sweet.

October 18, 2004 - Pleasant colour, light gold, slightly greenish, moderate bubbles.
A honey nose with a bit of citrus.
    Pleasant, off dry, not remarkable.
