April 24, 2023 - For 17 years old, it's reaching its prime. It's silky smooth, dark, inky purple. The cork crumbled so I strained it through cheesecloth. Lots of sediment and I think it's served it's time. Mushroom floor, earth tones, nice berry flavor with some pepper. No sense in waiting any longer, drink now
