December 8, 2013 - NobleRottersSydney - Christmas Lunch 2013 (DavidC's house): {AP 0805, cork, 9.5%} (DavidM) Aging aromas of custard and apples. Mainstream Rheingau Kab; developed on the palate, with a certain brittleness to the flavours. Light-bodied and attractive, barely off-dry, medium length finish; time to drink this.

August 31, 2007 - Straw yellow, greenish tinge; limes, lemon zest, peaches; off-dry, citrusy, minerally, light-medium body, excellent balance, tangy acidity, lingering finish.
Tangy acidity was a good foil for deep-fried cod and chips. Great value kabinett.

February 10, 2007 - Bouquet of pear and a touch of peach. It did have a bit of vanilla cream taste and texture and a long finish.
