August 12, 2022 - Drinking really well, with lots of petrol plus pear, apple, citrus and some herbs. Delicious with the smoked whitefish salad. Could age a long time more.

May 29, 2021 - Had this in Zalto Universal and Zalto Burgundy glass and in both glasses it faired very well.
It was still fresh with notes of sweet lemon - notes of liquorice - some notes thats bitter but in a very pleasent way and its still feels young and alive so i think it can last for another 5 years. It was my only bottle so i will never know.

November 7, 2020 - Drunk over two days, Zalto universal glass. Perhaps slightly less dry than I recalled but just so wonderful in the classic Roth Lay way. It developed earthy aromas on the second day, on top of the usual licorice, sponti, and minerals. Great food wine, especially good with interesting vegetable dishes.
