August 30, 2015 - Traditionally made white Bordeaux. I think the Muscadelle gives this wine a creamy, more full, mouth feel, with a nice subtle complexity. Food pairing are marvelous with this elegant, soft white Bordeaux. Nice blend of lemon, lime, honey, orange peel, lanoline-textured with integrated crisp acid.
