November 14, 2021 - Still brimming with primary fruit. Very long. Deft use of oak and perfectly balanced. Lots of life left if you can keep your hands off.

September 19, 2021 - Nose of leather, dried cherries, blackberries, chalk, and red clay make up the noes of this pinot. The finish is ultra smooth with well placed tannins. This is a bold pinot and it is drinking well.

January 16, 2021 - It’s full. Thick. You can tell a cab producer makes this. There’s some black pepper, blackberry, lots of black fruit. It’s silky with faint tannin and goes down well.

July 26, 2020 - So plush, so fruity — not that I have any problem with that! Vivid, bright flavors of blackberries, blueberries, raspberries, basically all the big sweet berries. And it’s as if you can taste them all individually. Balanced, I wouldn’t say serious, but definitely glorious. Attention-grabbing. Nutmeg and chocolate, especially on the nose, nonetheless fruit-driven. Please drink this at cellar temperature.
