May 18, 2018 - Color is a nice translucent medium body that you would expect from an aged Burgundy. Not much aroma. Pepper and dry cherry dominate. Notes of earthy raw mushroom, peppercorn and clove. This has held up well given that I bought it at the winery while biking through Burgundy and have not made any special efforts to preserve it.
