Community Tasting Notes 6

February 17, 2016 - While a tasty wine, it does not really scream Pinot to me. It seems more like a Gamay. I like Pinots across the board and more delicate ones can be great. But I don't get the pinot qualities coming forth. Its delicious and nice red fruit, but I don't think it is a great pinot

March 3, 2015 - Still tight and just a bit akward. Give it some more time.

December 2, 2014 - Now more sweet and easy, with some tart bitter elements. Meaning complex and complicated. Need more.

October 23, 2014 - Dark in color for its alcohol level. Lush in texture, finish is tangy and mineral, densely textured but still very light. Just opened. Seems more serious than in years past... we shall see.
