November 9, 2017 - Not much nose. Very much in the character of a Vacqueyras, though lighter bodied. Well balanced but not memorable. Very quiet overall, with a short, somewhat astringent finish.

January 15, 2017 - Came off flat on the first taste. Vacuum sealed for 2 days and retasted. Developed well, silky on the back of the tongue.
